At some point relationships find themselves in a place of dissatisfaction, hostility, feeling disconnected, or dealing with betrayal. Often couples are asking themselves if they want to stay together.

Many couples feel shame about seeking couples therapy or feel their relationship is beyond repair. In our sessions, we will normalize issues commonly faced by couples, work from a judgement free perspective, and help you and your relationship find a way forward.

In couples therapy, you and your partner will learn helpful dialogues to make your relationship stronger. Much of the work also consists of unlearning destructive patterns that have been keeping you from a healthy and happy relationship. In starting therapy, you will identify behavioral patterns, reduce reactive triggers, and improve communication and connection to help your relationship find solutions to overcoming problems.
