Meet Nicole

Nicole Irving, M.A, LPC

Psychotherapist & Owner

If you’re feeling stuck or unsatisfied with your sex life, emotional health, or relationships, you’ve come to the right place. Discussing sensitive issues can be hard, but I’m here to make these topics easier to address and overcome.

In our sessions, we’ll create a safe space to talk openly and honestly about your frustrations, questions, and sexual concerns—without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and work toward solutions that support your emotional wellbeing, sexual health, and relationships. You don’t have to face this alone—healing and connection are possible.

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist (CST), I take an inclusive, affirming approach to mental health and relationships—one that honors the many ways people show up in the world. I believe that our sexuality, gender, and relationships are deeply personal, always evolving, and deserve to be supported with care and respect. My goal is to create a space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and valued. I also have specialized training and certifications in CBT for insomnia and CBIT for Tourette’s, and I work closely with clients to help them feel more in control of their health, their sleep, and their daily lives.

Whether you're navigating intimacy challenges, exploring your identity, seeking to sexually reconnect with your partner, or working through sexual dysfunction, or other life concerns, I am committed to supporting you with empathy, respect, and clinical expertise. I’m an affirming therapist who creates a safe, inclusive space for all identities. I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ clients, those in kink, fetish, or BDSM communities, and individuals and couples exploring or practicing non-monogamy. My approach is grounded in extensive training in sex and relationship therapy, along with evidence-based techniques from CBT and psychodynamic therapy to support your growth and healing.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in current research in sex therapy and relationship science. In this practice, you are met as a whole person—not as a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. My commitment is to provide a safe and empowering environment where you and your relationship(s) can openly explore your concerns, reconnect with pleasure, and move toward healing and fulfillment on your own terms.

Often when we’re struggling, it can feel like there are no answers and nowhere to turn. We may even internalize the harmful message that something is “wrong” with us and that no one can help. But that’s simply not true. There are ways forward, and support is available. In our work, we will find that it’s possible to discover solutions that enable you to move toward greater emotional, physical, and sexual fulfillment.
