Psychotherapist & Owner

If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to repair your emotional or sexual wellbeing, you’re in the right place. I specialize in helping individuals and couples move out of “just being roommates” and back into connection, intimacy, and clarity.

I’m an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist (CST), psychotherapist, and relationship specialist who works with high-achieving individuals and couples navigating desire discrepancies, intimacy issues, sexual pain, identity questions, affair recovery, and relationship burnout. My style is warm, direct, and deeply attuned—I offer tailored guidance, not generic advice.

I’m an affirming therapist who welcomes LGBTQ+ clients, those in kink/BDSM communities, and people exploring non-monogamy. My work integrates evidence-based sex therapy, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and specialized training in CBT-I for insomnia. Whether you're rebuilding trust, clarifying your identity, restoring sexual connection, or addressing sexual dysfunction, I help you understand what’s been blocking closeness and move toward sustainable change.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and rooted in research and real-life practicality. You’re seen as a whole person—not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore with honesty, reduce shame, heal patterns, and reconnect with pleasure and meaning in your life and relationships.

I spend my days with my wife, daughter, and rescue dog Millie. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, curling up with a good book, weight training, running, golfing, and exploring local restaurants and wineries.
